| Description de l’avers | Central device depicts a stylized quatrefoil or four-lobed Gothic frame enclosing an orb or globus cruciger, rendered in the bold, low-relief style typical of early sixteenth-century hammered goldgulden. A small star or mullet appears at the apex of the quatrefoil within the frame. The entire central motif is set within a beaded inner circle, with the peripheral Latin legend running between the inner beaded border and the irregular hammered rim. |

| Description du revers | Standing full-length figure of Saint John the Baptist occupying the central field, depicted facing frontally in flowing robes with a nimbus about his head, holding the Agnus Dei (Lamb of God) in his right arm — a standard iconographic convention on goldgulden of this period closely modelled on Florentine fiorino prototypes. The figure is rendered in low hammered relief with schematic drapery folds. A beaded inner circle surrounds the figure, and the peripheral Latin legend, interrupted by rosette or floral stops, runs along the outer margin of the coin. |
