Obverse description Crowned composite arms of Austria-Burgundy occupying the central field, the shield flanked and supported by two heraldic lions rampant. The entire armorial device is encircled by the linked collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece, with the pendant fleece visible at the base. The legend in Latin runs along the outer rim, separated from the inner device by a beaded border.

Reverse description An elaborate floriated cross with terminal fleurs-de-lis on each arm, inscribed within a quadrilobe of rounded lobes formed by intertwining foliate scrolls. A small mint mark appears at the center of the cross. The overall design fills the flan with intricate Gothic ornamentation. The circular Latin legend is distributed along the outer margin, with the date 1513 visible within the legend. A beaded inner border separates the legend from the quadrilobe.
