| Descrizione del dritto | Central field occupied by the crowned Danish coat of arms featuring three passant lions within a beaded inner circle, surrounded by elaborate strapwork and foliate mantling. The royal crown surmounts the shield at the top of the design. A continuous Latin legend runs along the outer border between two beaded rims, reading CHRI·STIAN·4·D·G·DAN, recording the king's name and royal title by divine right. The hammered flan exhibits characteristic irregular surfaces typical of early seventeenth-century Danish gold coinage. The overall design reflects the Renaissance heraldic tradition prevalent at the Copenhagen Mint under Christian IV. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The central device consists of a large, elaborate royal crown rendered in high relief, occupying the majority of the inner field and enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Below the crown, the mintmaster's initial F is visible in the lower field. The surrounding Latin legend, divided by the inner beaded border, reads NORV·VAND·GOTO·Q·REX·1619·R·F·P, completing the royal titulature with the date of issue and mint officer initials. The outer rim is defined by a continuous beaded border consistent with hammered gold coinage of the period. The reverse composition is bold and heraldically authoritative, consistent with the prestigious gold krone series of Christian IV. |
