The script is rendered in a robust, somewhat angular Naskh style consistent with Bahmani copper issues, with the legend arranged across two or three lines filling the flan. The flan is irregular and exhibits the characteristic rough edge and uneven surface of hammered Deccan copper coinage of the early sixteenth century. |
