The inscription is rendered in a bold Naskh-style hand characteristic of Bahmani Sultanate coinage of the mid-fifteenth century. The irregular flan is typical of the hammered production technique employed at Bahmani mints of this period. |

The royal titulature follows the conventional Bahmani formula of dynastic attribution and sovereignty.
