A central vignette presents the Albanian double-headed eagle with wings fully spread, flanked on either side by circular cartouches bearing the denomination numeral '1 fr'. Bilingual text in French and Albanian below the eagle sets out the payment obligation, with spaces for two manuscript signatures above the place and date inscription KORÇE and the serial number. |
