Obverse description	The obverse is printed in dark brown ink over a rose-red guilloche underprint and carries the title REPUBLIKA SHQIPËTARE across the top. A central vignette presents the Albanian double-headed eagle with wings fully spread, flanked on either side by circular cartouches bearing the denomination numeral '1 fr'. Bilingual text in French and Albanian below the eagle sets out the payment obligation, with spaces for two manuscript signatures above the place and date inscription KORÇE and the serial number.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed in brownish-red ink and consists entirely of a repetitive geometric guilloche pattern of zigzag and chevron motifs covering the entire field, with a central unframed white panel bearing the denomination inscribed in two languages: 'UN FRANC' in French above the numeral '1' and 'NJÊ FRANGË' in Albanian below. A circular cancellation stamp of the Direction des Finances, Korçë, is impressed in the upper-right area.
