| Obverse description | Right-facing helmeted bust of Skanderbeg rendered as a classical allegorical figure, wearing a winged helmet adorned with a laurel branch and a prominent plume, with flowing hair and a pearl drop earring visible. The finely engraved effigy is executed in a high-relief Neo-classical style by engravers G. Romagnoli and A. Motti, whose incised signatures appear at the lower field. The curved legend ALBANIA-SHQIPNI runs along the right rim in Latin characters. |
