| Reverse description | Ornate quartered coat of arms of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine, surmounted by the grand ducal crown, displayed within an elaborately decorated mantle or cartouche. The shield incorporates the multiple heraldic quarterings of Austria, Hungary, Bohemia, Lorraine, and Tuscany, rendered with fine engraving. Two crossed Tuscan staffs or fasces appear behind the shield as supporters. The circular Latin legend GRESSVS MEOS DIRIGE DOMINE, meaning 'Direct my steps, O Lord', surrounds the composition, with the mint name PISIS and the date 1787 appearing in the lower portion of the legend. The rim is framed by a toothed border. |
