| Reverse description | Printed in brown on a plain paper ground, the reverse is dominated by a central text panel enclosed within a decorative scrollwork cartouche, setting out Articles 4, 5, and 7 governing the redemption conditions of the divisional notes by the Banque de France and the Caisse municipale. The heading 'VILLE D'ABBEVILLE' appears at the top, while 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE L'ARRONDISSEMENT D'ABBEVILLE' is inscribed along the lower margin. Corner panels each bear the bold numeral '1', and ornamental border rules frame the entire reverse. |
