正面描述	Salmon-pink guilloche underprint with repeated 'VILLE DE METZ' text fills the field. The city arms (crowned shield, black and white quarterly) appears at top centre below 'REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE'. A central blue acanthus-scroll vignette frames the denomination cartouche in black letterpress. Signature lines for Le Maire and Le Receveur Municipal appear at lower left and right respectively.
