正面描述	Central vignette by L. Vallée shows a returning poilu, musette slung over his shoulder, greeted by his dog as he advances with outstretched arms toward his family; his wife, in peasant dress, extends her arms while flanked by two children, one holding a laurel wreath. Inscriptions TRESORERIE AVX ARMEES and 1 FRANC frame the scene, with printer imprints IMP.NAT. and L.VALLÉE DEL. in the lower margin.

背面描述	Printed in reddish-brown on a pale ground, the reverse is dominated by a central ornate cartouche enclosing an interlaced RF monogram, flanked on both sides by columns of redemption text in letterpress. A dense guilloche underprint of repeated TRESORERIE AUX ARMEES text fills the field, with oak-leaf border ornaments at top and bottom and denomination roundels at each corner.
背面铭文	REPVBLIQVE FRANÇAISE Le remboursement de ce billet dont la contre-valeur est déposée à la Banque de France devra être demandé avant l'expiration de la 2e année qui suivra la cessation des hostilités. Ce billet est remboursable aux caisses des payeurs des Armées Française et Alliées et à toutes les caisses publiques, dans la zone délimitée pour sa circulation.
