Senegal has not issued its own franc coinage since independence — it uses the West African CFA franc, administered by the BCEAO and shared across eight member states. A "1 Franc Senegal 2014" in bimetallic composition almost certainly belongs to the private fantasy or collector issue market, produced without monetary authority and legal tender status nowhere.
