Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field features an ornate heraldic coat of arms associated with Clipperton Island, depicting a divided shield with a seabird and crossed anchors in the upper half and a crab in the lower half, flanked by two booby birds as supporters standing on rocky ground with palm trees to either side. A star surmounts the crest above an arched ribbon bearing the legend. Two crossed palm fronds appear in the lower exergue as a decorative element. The curved legend 'LA PASSION-CLIPPERTON' arcs across the upper portion of the shield within the design.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse displays the large numeral '1' prominently in the center of the field, with the word 'FRANC' inscribed below it in capital letters. To the left of the numeral stands a stylized palm tree motif, and to the right a standing king penguin rendered in relief. A small decorative floral or coral ornament appears at the base of the central design. The circular legend 'TERRES AUSTRALES ET ANTARCTIQUES FRANÇAISES' runs along the upper periphery, with the date '2024' placed at the bottom, flanked by small dot stops.
