| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central vignette of a heraldic coat of arms flanked by two winged putti each holding bunches of grapes, set against a guilloche underprint with a salmon-toned lattice pattern bearing repeated text. The denomination '1fr' appears in a large circular cartouche at the top centre, with the issuer's title 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DES BASSES-ALPES' across the upper register and the four towns Barcelonnette, Castellane, Forcalquier, and Sisteron named at the four corners. Two manuscript signature lines for the President and the Treasurer appear on either side of the central vignette, with the deliberation date of 19 July 1917 and repayment deadline of 31 October 1922 stated in a text panel at the foot. |
