| Obverse description | Printed throughout in green on a light ground, the face is enclosed within a geometric guilloche border with ornamental corner squares each bearing the numeral 1. The issuer's title CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE TULLE (CORRÈZE) occupies a rectangular cartouche at the head of the note, flanked by foliate sprays, while the large denomination legend UN FRANC dominates the central field above the manuscript signatures of the President and Treasurer. The series letter and serial number appear in the upper field, and the inscription SEPTIÈME ÉMISSION is set within a decorative panel at the foot. |
