Flanking the oval, two caducei intertwined with laurel branches occupy the lower corners, while scrolled ribbon banners bearing the mottoes "SUSTENTANT" and "LILIA TURRES" appear to the left and right respectively. A decorative arched banner at the top bears the emission date, with the numeral "1" set in circular medallions at each upper corner. |
