The large denomination inscription UN FRANC appears in bold letterpress below the central vignette, while circular corner cartouches each bear the abbreviated value 1Fc. The deliberation date, series letter, serial number, and two signature lines for the Treasurer and President are printed in the lower portion of the note. |

Circular corner cartouches repeat the value 1Fc., and decorative guilloche borders frame the composition. The printer's imprint LITHO. P. MORER - BENEZET, PERPIGNAN appears along the lower margin. |
