| Obverse description | Printed in blue-green on a salmon-pink guilloche underprint, the obverse is enclosed by an ornate letterpress border with large stylised 'R' monograms at each corner. A central oval cartouche bears the issuer's name and deliberation date above the bold denomination 'UN FRANC' flanked by 'XXX' ornaments, with a caduceus vignette at the apex; below, a circular 'MM' monogram medallion in red-orange overprint separates the manuscript signature lines for the Trésorier and the Président, with the convertibility clause and a decorative serial number tablet at the foot. |
