| Descrizione del dritto | The obverse bears the heading CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE LA ROCHELLE above the denomination UN FRANC, with series letter and serial number below. The date DÉCEMBRE 1915 appears alongside two manuscript signatures — one by delegation for the Président and one for the Secrétaire — with the designer credit L. ANDRÉ INV. and printer IMP. PARÉ ANGERS noted in the lower margin. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is dominated by a double-arch architectural frame supported by fluted columns, with the interlaced CC monogram of the Chambre de Commerce in cartouches at each corner and the numeral 1 in square panels flanking the central text. A small vignette of a sailing ship appears at the crown of the arch, and the heading ÉMISSION OCTOBRE 1915 spans the top. The central panel carries a legal text in cursive script stating that the notes, guaranteed by an equal deposit at the Banque de France, are redeemable in multiples of twenty francs at the La Rochelle branch and must be presented for reimbursement before 31 December 1920. |
