A decorative banner at the top carries the issuer's title CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE LA CREUSE, below which a ribbon scroll records the deliberation dates. The four corners bear small circular cartouches each inscribed with the value 1 FRANC, flanked by foliate sprays, and two signature lines for Le Président and Le Trésorier appear beneath the central denomination, with an official approval cartouche at the foot. |
