The lower centre is occupied by a vignette of the municipal coat of arms of Tulle within a wreath of oak and laurel branches. The main field is filled with the redemption text in letterpress, specifying the deadline of 25 Mars 1920 at the Banque de France branches in Tulle and Brive. |
