| Obverse description | The municipal coat of arms of Granville — a crowned tower with anchor and rope — is positioned at left against a fine repetitive-text underprint reading 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE GRANVILLE' across the entire field. The denomination 'UN FRANC' appears in large bold letterpress at centre, surmounted by a ribbon cartouche bearing the issuer's name and the validity dates 1915–1920, with fleur-de-lis ornaments and bell vignettes at the upper corners.
