| Obverse description | Brown letterpress note with a fine guilloche underprint bearing the repeated text 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE DIEPPE' across the field. At centre top, a circular vignette carries the arms of the Ville de Dieppe flanked by two large laurel-branch motifs; the title 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE DIEPPE' is set in bold curved banners to either side. The denomination 'UN FRANC' is printed in large bold type at centre, with two scroll cartouches bearing the authorisation and guarantee texts flanking it, and signature lines for the Secrétaire Trésorier and the Président appear at lower left and right above the serial number. |
