The issuer's title is set in bold capitals at the top, below which the deliberation date and denomination 'UN FRANC' appear in large dark-blue letterpress type. Two facsimile signature lines for the Treasurer and the President flank a printed serial number at centre-bottom, with a legal guarantee clause in small type along the lower margin; the whole is enclosed within an ornate geometric border with decorative corner pieces. |

A three-line redemption clause in cursive script appears beneath the central vignette, with the printer's imprint 'L. CASSAN AINÉ' at lower left and 'TOULOUSE' at lower right. |
