The denomination UN FRANC is set in bold green letterpress at centre, with two circular text panels at left and right detailing the authorisation decree and counterfeit warning respectively. Red numeral "1" corner pieces appear at the lower left and right, with two handwritten signatures above the serial number and series letter printed in black along the lower margin. |
