| Obverse description | Printed entirely in green on white paper with a fine guilloche underprint, the note is framed by a decorative dot-and-rule border. At the top centre, an oval vignette contains an allegorical figure with an anchor, surmounted by a radiant triangle, flanked by the issuer's name in large letterpress capitals. The denomination UN FRANC appears in bold green type at centre, flanked by two circular text panels; the lower portion carries spaces for the Trésorier and Président signatures above the serial number printed in black, with the numeral 1 repeated in red at each lower corner. |
