| Obverse description | Blue letterpress note with a decorative border of foliate and ribbon motifs enclosing circular corner medallions bearing the denomination numeral. A scroll cartouche at top centre carries the departmental inscription, while the large bold legend 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE BLOIS' spans the upper field above the prominent guilloche underprint centred on the numeral '1'. Signature lines for the Treasurer and President appear in the lower half, flanking the serial number, with the issue date set in a scroll cartouche at the base and the printer's imprint at lower left. |
