正面描述	Green letterpress note with an elaborate floral and fruit border enclosing the coats of arms of Andelys, Bernay, and Louviers at the lower centre and sides, surmounted by the arms of Évreux flanked by laurel branches at top centre. The denomination "UN FRANC" is printed in large bold type at centre, with a red overprinted numeral "1" superimposed over a fine guilloche underprint repeating the issuer's name. Two manuscript signatures appear below the serial number, attributed to the President and the Treasurer respectively.

背面描述	Green letterpress reverse with the same repeating guilloche underprint text "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'EVREUX" filling the entire field, enclosed within a decorative border of rosettes and foliate ornaments with small heraldic devices at the corners. A circular seal of the Chambre de Commerce d'Évreux bearing the caduceus and the initials A, E, B, L is placed at top centre. Three paragraphs of legal text in French set out the conditions of exchange and redemption, with a red overprinted numeral "1" superimposed across the centre.
