| Obverse description | Buff-toned note with an ornate letterpress border composed of fruit-laden branches, rosettes, and foliate scrollwork enclosing a central text field. The coats of arms of Andelys and Bernay appear on flanking pilasters at left and right respectively, while the municipal arms of Louviers are set within a ribbon cartouche at the bottom centre. A dense guilloche underprint repeats the legend CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE across the entire field, over which the principal inscriptions and the bold denomination UN FRANC are printed in black; two manuscript signatures of the President and the Treasurer appear above the serial number. |
