Obverse description Printed in red and blue on a pink underprint carrying the repeated text 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'ANNECY' as a guilloche background. The issuer's title and authorization date appear at the top in blue letterpress. To the left, a circular red vignette bears the arms of the Chambre de Commerce de la Haute-Savoie within a laurel wreath; to the right, a second circular vignette presents an alpine landscape with a railway viaduct, inscribed 'SAINT-JULIEN · ANNECY · BONNEVILLE · THONON ·'. The denomination 'UN FRANC' occupies the centre in large black type, flanked below by signature lines for 'Le Trésorier' and 'Le Président', with the series designation 'R. 2e Série' in red. A decorative blue border of floral and geometric ornaments frames the entire note.

Reverse description Printed in blue and red on a pink underprint, the reverse carries the repeated text 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE D'ANNECY' as a guilloche background. The series number 'SÉRIE 208' appears at the top centre in black letterpress. A central rectangular panel framed by a fine border contains the redemption clause in black type. Large red numeral '1' underprints are visible on both sides of the panel. A serial number in black appears below the panel. The elaborate blue border replicates the ornamental medallion-and-filigree style of the obverse.
