Description de l’avers	Central vignette in dark brown on cream paper shows a riverside scene with two men and two women engaged in fishing activities; a standing male figure at left raises a net, while a seated figure paddles in the foreground, and two female figures appear at right amid foliage and rocky terrain. The denomination "1 Franc" is rendered in large stylised letterpress at the lower centre, and the issuer legend "AFRIQUE OCCIDENTALE FRANCAISE" spans the full width of the upper panel within a geometric border of repeating triangular motifs.

Description du revers	The reverse is dominated by an elaborate geometric underprint composed of interlocking diamond, chevron, and hatched patterns forming a decorative frame across the entire field. The denomination "UN FRANC" appears in large bold capitals at the upper centre within a panelled cartouche flanked by circular floral rosette medallions, while the numeral "1" is repeated in circular guilloche devices at lower left and right. A central legal warning text panel and the monogram "AOF" appear in the lower portion, all printed in dark brown on cream paper.
