正面描述	At left, a vignette of the monument to the fallen of the 1870 War, rendered in fine letterpress engraving on a decorative guilloche border. The denomination 'Un Franc' is printed in large bold type at center, with spaces for the president's and treasurer's manuscript signatures below. A circular cartouche at upper right bears the inscription 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE BERGERAC' with a fleur-de-lis device, and the issue date '15 JUIN 1917' appears at the foot of the note.

背面描述	The reverse is dominated by a central text panel within an ornate engraved frame, flanked on each side by a large numeral '1' within circular cartouches. Below the text panel, the arms of Bergerac are displayed on a heraldic blazon surmounted by a crown, encircled by the legend 'SIGILLUM CONSULATUS BRAGERIACI - UNIVERSITATIS VILLE - 1322', with symmetrical laurel branch vignettes to either side.
