正面描述	Central vignette of the Albanian double-headed eagle in black intaglio, set against a red guilloche underprint of repeating scroll motifs filling the entire field. Denomination numerals '1 fr' appear in dotted circular cartouches at left and right. Bilingual text in French and Albanian is arranged in two columns flanking the eagle, with the place name KORÇË and a serial number at the lower centre, and two manuscript signatures below the respective authority titles; printer and engraver credits are letterpress at the lower margin.

背面描述	Plain field covered entirely by a red-printed geometric underprint of repeating chevron and numeral '1' motifs arranged in uniform rows, enclosed within a double-line rectangular border. The denomination is stated in two large letterpress lines at centre — in French above and Albanian below. A violet oval control stamp of the Finance Directorate, bearing a small double-headed eagle device, is applied to the upper right area of the reverse.
