Popis líce	Stylized castle with two prominent flanking towers and a central star or rosette device above the battlements, all rendered in a bold, archaic manner characteristic of late medieval Adriatic civic coinage. The castle structure occupies the central field, with crenellated walls visible between the towers. A peripheral legend in uncial Latin script encircles the design, reading SCVTAREŊSIS, referencing the city of Shkodër (Scutari). The overall style is crude but deliberate, consistent with hammered municipal issues of the period.

Popis rubu	Heavily worn reverse depicting a partially legible design, with traces of a figural or architectural motif visible in the central field, consistent with a royal or civic emblem. The surrounding legend is fragmentary and largely illegible, with only the partial reading REX... surviving, suggesting a royal titular inscription. The crude, irregular flan and flat strike are typical of hammered copper follari of this period and region. The extremely limited survival of this type — only three examples known — accounts for the advanced wear and incomplete legibility of the reverse.
