Reverse description A shield bearing crossed sword and key — the heraldic arms of the Bishopric of Dorpat — occupies the central field. The date 1515 appears above the shield, struck during the sede vacante period between bishops. A circular Latin legend in uncial script surrounds the shield, identifying the coin as a new silver issue of Dorpat.
