Reverse description Central device depicts a stylised ancient Chinese spade money (布幣, bù bì), a bronze spade-shaped currency of the Zhou dynasty period, shown in full-face view with characteristic concave waist, flared foot, and a rectangular socket at the top bearing incuse decorative detailing. The denomination characters 一 (one) and 分 (fen) appear in the field to the right and left of the spade motif respectively. The design is enclosed within a double border, with a beaded outer rim consistent with the obverse treatment.
