Obverse description Irregular square copper klippe flan of crude workmanship, consistent with emergency siege coinage. The central field bears the abbreviated legend CORK in raised letters, surrounded by a partial inner beaded or dotted border. An outer circular legend, largely illegible due to flan irregularity and heavy surface corrosion, runs around the periphery. The overall style is characteristic of locally produced emergency token coinage struck under wartime conditions during the Confederate Ireland period.
Obverse script Latin

Reverse description Plain or near-plain reverse with no clearly defined design, consistent with the improvised nature of this emergency klippe issue. The surface exhibits heavy patination and encrustations typical of buried or long-circulated copper. Faint traces of a possible design or counterstamp may be present in the central field, though the details are indistinguishable. The squared flan edges are irregular and unfinished, reflecting the expedient circumstances of production.
