| Obverse description | A stylized floral or foliate motif occupies the central field, rendered in a bold, somewhat crude hammered style typical of early Afghan copper coinage. The design features radiating leaf or petal forms extending from a central rosette or blossom, with additional foliate branches spreading toward the irregular coin border. The execution is characteristic of hand-cut dies used at the Kabul mint during the reign of Shah Shuja. The surface exhibits natural patination consistent with copper coinage of this period. |
