| Beschrijving voorzijde | Crudely struck hammered copper flan displaying a bold Arabic calligraphic device centrally positioned within the field, rendered in a deeply incuse style characteristic of Afghan civic copper coinage of the late 19th century. The design features a large cursive Arabic inscription or tughra-like motif, surrounded by subsidiary floral or foliate elements visible in the lower and right portions of the field. The flan is irregular in outline with a notably thick fabric, typical of local Kabul mint production. Surface shows natural patination with areas of green cuprite and brown oxidation consistent with genuine circulation wear. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Hammered reverse bearing bold Arabic inscriptions arranged across the field in a crudely engraved style consistent with Kabul civic copper issues of the period. A prominent crescent or lunette form dominates the upper portion of the design, with additional calligraphic elements filling the lower and lateral fields. The irregular flan edges and uneven strike result in portions of the legend being weak or off-flan, as is characteristic of these locally produced falus. The overall presentation is typical of the utilitarian hammered coinage produced for small-denomination circulation in late 19th-century Afghanistan. |
