Reverse description Square flan with a two-line Arabic legend in Naskh script, bisected by a horizontal line dividing the field into upper and lower registers. The upper register bears the title 'al-Sultan' and the lower register reads 'bin al-Sultan', asserting the ruler's dynastic legitimacy as sultan, son of a sultan. A decorative rosette or star ornament appears in the lower left field. The overall die work is bold but irregular, consistent with the hand-hammered copper fulus coinage of the Malwa Sultanate.
