| Descrizione del rovescio | Arabic inscription set within a six-petal lobed cartouche occupying the central field, the cartouche itself framed by a surrounding decorative foliate or geometric ornamental border. The inscription, denoting the mint name Bukhara (بخارا), is rendered in a bold, somewhat angular script characteristic of late Timurid copper coinage. The overall composition is centrally placed on the irregularly shaped flan, with the border ornament partially visible toward the edges. Strike weakness and flan irregularity are evident, consistent with the anonymous hammered copper issues of this period. |
