| Obverse description | Central field features a raised central boss or pellet surrounded by a radiating star or wheel motif with multiple pointed rays, enclosed within a raised circular border. A circular Arabic legend band surrounds the central design, itself bordered by an outer ring of Arabic inscription. The coin bears a pierced hole at the left field, likely a later addition for suspension. The die-struck design exhibits the characteristic irregular flan and bold relief typical of Burid hammered copper coinage. |
