| Obverse description | Central field bearing a bold Arabic inscription in angular Kufic-influenced script, arranged within an informal rectangular border. The legend, likely referencing the ruler Qasim Beg, is rendered in deeply struck characters occupying the majority of the flan. Marginal Arabic legends or decorative elements appear around the periphery of the irregularly shaped flan. The surfaces are characteristically rough, consistent with hammered copper coinage of the Aq Qoyunlu period. |
