| Reverse description | Central field divided into multiple horizontal bands of Arabic script bearing the name and titles of the ruler Nasr ibn Ahmad, within a dotted inner border. A circular marginal legend in Arabic runs between two concentric dotted borders enclosing the entire design. The irregular flan and characteristic hammered fabric are consistent with provincial Muhtajid copper coinage of the mid-tenth century. |
