| Obverse description | Central field displays a multi-line Arabic Kufic inscription arranged within an inner circle, surrounded by a dotted border. An outer marginal legend in Arabic script runs along the entire circumference of the coin. The strike is irregular and the flan shows characteristic hammered fabric with uneven edges. The surface carries an olive-green patina with areas of encrustation consistent with prolonged burial. The design is typical of early Umayyad-period provincial copper coinage, with purely epigraphic decoration and no figural elements. |
