Obverse description Arabic legend in the field, struck on an irregular flan typical of hammered copper coinage of the Yarkand Khanate. The inscription names the issuing ruler, Abdullah Khan, rendered in a bold, somewhat crude calligraphic hand. The legend fills the central field with minimal border decoration. The irregular shape and uneven strike reflect the hand-hammered production technique characteristic of Central Asian fulus of this period.
