| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic Kufic legend arranged within a circular border, the angular script characteristic of early 11th-century Central Asian copper coinage. The inscription is densely packed and partially overlapping, reflecting the informal striking conventions typical of Qarakhanid fals. A surrounding marginal legend runs continuously within a beaded or rope-pattern border near the rim. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, with characteristic hammered surface texture and minor flan cracks consistent with the period and denomination. |
