Obverse description	Central field features a detailed depiction of the Athenian trireme, the celebrated ancient Greek warship, rendered in high relief and shown underway with oars extended and sail rigging visible. The denomination numeral '1' appears in the lower field, accompanied by the Greek legend 'ΛΕΠΤΟ' (lepto) immediately below. The date of issue is inscribed in the upper field, flanked by the mint master's initials 'ΓΣ'. Twelve five-pointed stars, the symbol of the European Union, encircle the entire design along the rim. The engravers' initials appear discreetly within the field.
