Informazioni aggiuntive	Andorra only gained the legal right to issue its own euro coinage following a monetary agreement with the EU signed in June 2011, with circulation pieces not appearing until 2014. Prior to this, the principality used euros de facto without any formal issuing authority — French and Spanish coins circulated interchangeably, a practical arrangement that had worked for decades with the franc and peseta before them. Annual mintages remain among the lowest of any euro-issuing territory, keeping collector demand persistently ahead of supply.
